Regional Revenue Manager responsibilities
  • Optimize hotel revenue by evaluating performance goals, and put revenue management strategies in place to set profitable rates
  • Conduct comparative market analyses and confirm corporate, group, and negotiated rates with hotels
  • Evaluate previous weeks' revenue performance and develop strategies for upcoming weeks through regular yield management meetings
  • Generate and update forecast estimates and pace reports for each property you oversee
  • Check competitor operational strategy continuously, and review their pricing and availability
Regional Revenue Manager qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED, and bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
  • 2-3 years of successful experience in revenue management or hotel operations role, preferably overseeing multiple properties
  • 3-5 years of experience in the hospitality field
  • Exemplary analytical skills, math skills, and the ability to interpret data are vital
  • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills are a must
  • Computer proficiency including MS Office, Google Suite, and revenue management software needed
