Tara Smith is the Vice President of Customer Success at Wizehire, where she leverages over 13 years of experience leading customer success teams in the technology sector. Tara is dedicated to enhancing the customer experience by driving team member development, fostering cross-team collaboration, and solving complex customer challenges with innovative solutions.
At Wizehire, Tara’s teams are responsible for supporting customers at every stage of their journey, including implementation, training, support, and ongoing relationship management. Her passion lies in aligning the right people with the right tasks, ensuring that customer interactions are seamless and effective.
Prior to joining Wizehire, Tara held several leadership roles across diverse industries which has equipped her with a unique understanding of both the operational and strategic elements of customer success.
Tara holds a BA in English with a Psychology minor. She lives in Birmingham, Alabama where she loves the sense of community and exceptional hospitality.
