Technician Supervisor responsibilities

• Supervise the projects your team of technicians is working on
• Monitor your team of technicians and the projects they are working on
• Review the work of your team of technicians
• Provide technicians with mentorship, guidance, and training programs
• Arrange technician training programs, mentorship, and guidance
• Organize and lead technician mentorship, guidance, and training programs

Technician Supervisor qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• 1-3 years of experience as a technician in related field required
• Minimum 1 year of work as a technician supervisor
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
