Schedule service calls for customers and field teams

Record customer complaints and service tech notes
Plan and adjust service calls when necessary
High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s or associate degree is preferred
1+ years of experience as a service dispatcher is preferred, but not required
Experience working in a customer-oriented atmosphere
Experience working with people under stressful and dynamic conditions
Exceptional communication, customer service, organizational, and interpersonal skills
