Dealership Office Manager responsibilities
  • Lead front office management process and staff, including day-to-day operations, in collaboration with the general manager and other store managers' needs
  • Streamline auto dealer systems, including organizing filing systems, ordering office supplies, maintenance, scheduling meetings, and preparing financial statements
  • Make sure dealership accounting office and auto finance policies are adhered to and reflect our company’s high standards
  • Communicate with third-party vendors, contractors, service providers, and customers as a professional representative of our dealership management team
  • Perform additional human resources and office administration duties, as needed
Dealership Office Manager qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent is mandatory
  • Two or more years of experience in office management is required - automobile dealership experience is strongly preferred
  • Excellent time management, problem-solving, knowledge of the automotive industry, and communication skills are needed
  • Proficient computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office products
