Occupational Therapy Aide job summary
We’re hiring an empathetic occupational therapy aide to help us implement life-changing treatment programs. You’ll support our team of occupational therapists and their assistants, by handling patient requests for appointments, preparing treatment rooms and therapy equipment, and documenting each therapy session. This role is perfect for someone who loves to help patients and has excellent interpersonal skills since you will be the first person patients interact with.
Ideally, our candidate has a good grasp of basic medical terminology and trained in Basic Life Support or CPR certification. However, no COTA or NBCOT licensure or previous experience is needed for this role; we will provide job training under an occupational therapist’s supervision for the right candidate.
