When you apply to a job through Wizehire or receive a communication from us, you should feel confident that what you're seeing is real and that your information is safe.
Every employer on Wizehire goes through a verification process before their jobs go live. Our Trust and Safety team reviews every job posting on the platform and investigates employers through multiple layers of checks: IP addresses flagged for potentially suspicious activity, Stripe records for reported fraud, phone numbers screened, and social profiles and business websites reviewed for legitimacy.
Any employer that raises a concern must be reached by phone to verify their company before they can post. Business licenses and records are obtained as needed. Fraudulent listings are removed immediately.

Before any employer can post a job on Wizehire, they go through our "Know Your Business" verification process, which includes checks against business licenses and business records. This screening keeps bad actors off the platform and ensures that the employers you're hiring alongside are legitimate businesses with real open roles.
Our Trust and Safety team monitors the platform continuously for hacking attempts, account takeovers, and other suspicious activity. Wizehire has never been breached or compromised.
Wizehire complies with GDPR and CCPA guidelines. We collect only the data necessary to facilitate your hiring process and never share personal information with unauthorized third parties.
