Restaurant Shift Manager responsibilities
Oversee, train, and schedule restaurant staff in shifts to ensure compliance and boost productivity levels

Restaurant Shift Manager qualifications
A high school diploma or equivalent GED is required
Previous food service experience with the ability to perform multiple jobs in the restaurant
Previous management or supervisory experience is required
Possess excellent organizational skills, communication skills, and problem-solving skills
Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office, strongly desired
