General Manager (Quick Service) responsibilities
Create a thorough business plan for the restaurant that takes the local competition, the market, sales revenue, and costs into account
Achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction while providing quick service for all restaurant customers
Assure all products and services are consistent with company quality standards
Recruit, interview, train, and motivate restaurant staff
Manage appropriate inventory levels of food and dining products and plan accurately for forecasted sales trends

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent GED
