Robin Reed — COO and Franchise Owner, Twinkle Toes Nanny Franchise System
Robin started her journey with Twinkle Toes by learning the business from the ground up. Over the years, she helped grow one of their largest locations in Tampa. That experience eventually led her into franchise support, where she now helps agency owners across the Twinkle Toes network build strong, sustainable businesses. In addition to owning the Nashville location, she serves as a Franchise Coach and operations resource for other agency owners.
Gabby Poineau — VP of People & Culture at ARK Hospitality
Originally from Chile, South America, Gabby began her career in hospitality as a housekeeper while going to college for accounting. Gabby currently serves ARK as the vice president of people and culture. She oversees people operations (human resources), payroll, benefits, compliance, training, and team member engagement. She implements and evaluates programs that maintain ARK’s renowned culture, which fuels its operational success at more than 100 hotels nationwide.
Carmen Bryant — VP of Marketing, Wizehire
Carmen is VP of Marketing at Wizehire and a senior marketing leader with more than 20 years of marketing, research, and thought leadership expertise. She has spoken on recruiting insights and best practices globally, having presented in boardrooms and conference venues worldwide, and been featured as a speaker by organizations including SHRM, SHRM India, and the Human Capital Institute.
Tamalyn Holcomb — Customer Marketing Manager, Wizehire
Tamalyn is the Customer Marketing Manager at Wizehire, where she champions the customer experience from onboarding through long-term success. She specializes in building programs that give customers the tools, insights, and confidence to get the most out of the platform. With a background in customer success, she brings a practical, people-first perspective to everything she creates.
