A legal case manager conducts extensive legal research, drafts legal documents and case summaries, and reviews documents for compliance with strict legal requirements. They make recommendations to attorneys regarding cost and time-effective ways to accomplish the client’s goals and they keep the client and outside counsel abreast of the current case status as requested. They are typically full-time or part-time employees in an office environment for law offices, human services agencies, or non-profit organizations.
