Each new hire means another schedule to build, another timesheet to check and more time-off requests to approve.
Paychex Flex Time is cloud-based time and attendance from Paychex. Employees clock in from the Paychex Flex mobile app, a web browser, a kiosk or a time clock. Managers build schedules, track time off and get alerts about overtime and missed punches. Hours sync to Paychex Flex payroll, so nobody types them in twice.
It comes in two versions:
- Flex Time Essentials: web punch, mobile app, online timesheets, and a kiosk app with facial verification
- Flex Time: adds biometric iris and fingerscan time clocks, and clock-in by phone call
