A concierge provides a variety of services to ensure that the guests have all they need throughout their stay at the hotel to make it as enjoyable as possible. This guest services position includes checking in guests, making restaurant reservations, recommending local attractions or restaurants, and arranging transportation and any other concierge services as needed. Hotel concierges frequently work non-traditional shifts both full-time and part-time, and may be required to work evenings or weekends to provide the best guest experience.
