- Seek out potential homebuyers and provide information on available properties that meet their needs and budget
- Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other communication channels to generate qualified leads and add them to the sales pipeline
- Act as an intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close
- Arrange open houses to introduce clients to their local real estate market
- Continuously follow up with prospects to ensure successful sales
- Self-motivated and able to perform tasks independently
- At least one year of experience as a buyer's agent or relevant experience in the real estate business
- Familiarity with the area's real estate market conditions and current real estate trends
- Verifiable real estate sales of at least $3,000,000 in the last 18 months, minimum
