Responsibilities
- Consult with clients, discover their property desires & find properties to show them that meet their needs
- Present offers to sellers for consideration and closing
- Respond to all leads by following up in a timely manner
- Learn the industry and be the expert or trusted advisor
Qualifications
- Acquire a TN Real Estate license
- Strong money motivation
- Works well independently and is also a great team player
- Provide excellent customer service
Compensation
$85,000+ commission only
