As a Zillow Flex Agent, you will have the opportunity to work independently and within the team environment, while still being supported by our brokerage. You will have access to our Tech stack to make your follow-up and nurturing of clients easier and more efficient.

• List and sell residential properties
• Inbound calls
• Training and coaching through the team
• Full transaction management from contract to close
• Leadership opportunities for top producers
• Market properties using the latest technology and tools provided by Zillow, Q & U, and Compass alike
• Negotiate deals and close sales
• Stay current on market trends and changes
• Meet or exceed sales goals and targets

• Active real estate license and in good standing
• Proven track record of successful sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Proficient in the use of technology and social media for marketing
• Must be comfortable with Zillow Flex platform
