This position will handle all aspects of a Florida Workers' Compensation case from GFE through Settlement. Some primary tasks include, but certainly are not limited to:

• Filing the PFBs
• Depositions
• Mediations
• Motion hearings
• Discovery
• Training and managing support staff

• Active FL Bar License in good standing
• 2+ years of handling FL Workers' Compensation cases
• Fluency in Spanish, a huge plus, but not required!
• Skillful negotiator, with the ability to read the room
• Passionate about serving the client and maximizing justice
• Exceptional research and writing skills
• Tenacious work ethic, with drive and determination
• Desire to want to lead a legal division in the future
• Self-motivated, hardworking, and ambitious
• Well organized
• Ability to have a positive impact leading support staff
