The Work Order Coordinator is responsible for maintaining and submitting tenants and owners work order requests. We are looking for a prudent individual to be responsible for the direct management oversight of all work orders and the coordination of vendors and repairs. The goal is to maximize asset value, customer satisfaction and revenue.

  • Coordinates and manages resident and owner work order requests

  • Coordinates and oversees vendor relationships, contractor workmanship, and follow up on work order completion
  • Maintains property by investigating and resolving tenant complaints, work order status and completion of work
