Lanterna
Lanterna Distributors is searching for a dynamic and effective addition to our portfolio team. A Brand Manager serves as the liaison between suppliers and the sales team. They assist in providing direction, support, and marketing tools to exceed sales goals. The Brand Manager is the link between our supplier partners and all teams within Lanterna- Sales, Operations, and Management.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a productive work relationship with supplier partners
- Act as a key liaison between Lanterna Distributors and Suppliers
- Act as a key liaison between the Lanterna Portfolio team and the Lanterna sales team
- Work within the portfolio team to create and implement an effective go-to-market strategy
- Analyze KPIs to determine the viability of new and existing products/brands/suppliers
- Work with suppliers, producers, and importers to implement goals and objectives
- Work with suppliers to achieve mutually agreed upon sales goals and objectives
- Collaborate with Portfolio team members to create and analyze KPIs
- Produce a go-to-market strategy for onboarding wines and spirits
- Regularly publish sales tools- Newsletters, Sales Emails, launch notices, etc.
- Work Cross functionally with LDI teams- sales, compliance, logistics, warehouse, etc.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years in the wine & spirits industry
- Have strong knowledge of supplier-distributor relations
- Have experience with corporate product onboarding workflow, including state compliance and market launches
- Proficiency with Microsoft Applications- Word, Powerpoint, Outlook, Excel
- Excellent communication Skills
- The ability to laugh at yourself
- A sense of ownership and pride in your actions
- Exceptional organization skills
- You are supremely deadline oriented
- Self-motivated
Compensation
$55,000+ yearly
