The Dispositions Agent is an individual who enjoys networking and establishing connections and lifelong friendships. Their ideal world would be to be talking to people all day. They are experienced in the real estate investment world and lingo. In addition, they demonstrate on a daily basis the knowledge, attitudes, skills, and habits of a high-achieving sales professional who is committed to putting clients first, doing the right thing, and seeking win-win agreements.
The dispositions agent is given a list of contacts in the industry to connect with, find out what their needs are and help us fill those needs either by connecting them to a property/contract we are marketing or helping them market their property/contract. The relationship manager can be a leader in the team. They must also demonstrate a commitment to learning and strive for growth by regularly attending courses, teaching when appropriate, and regularly practicing scripts and dialogues. They are committed to investing in team members and regularly provide them with learning and growth opportunities as well.
This is a role we take very seriously. This is someone we are trusting our name and relationships to. Our expectation would be to be able to create a win-win scenario sufficient that the relationship manager would stay with the company for many years.
