We’re seeking an outside sales representative to identify new target buyers and upsell to current customers to achieve sales goals. The ideal candidate is a service-oriented outside sales expert that can prospect, present, and close deals efficiently. If you are looking to combine your communication and prospecting skills with your outside sales experience to leverage a more lucrative career in the industry, we want you on our team!
Responsibilities
  • Pinpoint and overcome potential obstacles such as competition, pain points, budgets, and timelines by qualifying your prospective customers quickly and thoroughly
  • Secure new deals and target buyers quickly, give them the information they need to envision our brand and close deals efficiently
  • Position us as the clear and obvious choice in our market through competitive analysis and product trends
  • Initiate outgoing cold calling and emailing to potential customers, schedule in-person sales appointments, and follow up on client requests for information
  • Close the deal after creating, presenting, and negotiating a solution to your prospects

  • You must have stamina and endurance! Plan to spend several hours a day making outbound calls to potential leads
  • Excellent communication and dialogue IS A MUST!
  • You are responsible for managing the lead pipeline, lead generation, and bringing properties forward that we want to buy. Our team assists and you are in the driver's seat!
  • You must have a strong base knowledge of computer skills! All of our work is done on the computer and over the web. The ability to learn new software quickly and use multiple online resources is non-negotiable for the position

Qualifications
  • Ability to meet and exceed monthly quota in sales
  • High school or equivalent diploma required; industry or product knowledge preferred
  • Prefer a minimum of 2+ years in outside sales experience
  • Exceptional negotiating, interpersonal, presentation, persuasion, and communication skills

  • License not required
  • We are willing to train and invest in the right individual, but you must be open-minded and enthusiastic about learning our systems and processes
  • Professional appearance
  • Must have a strong desire to learn the industry
  • Must be coachable
  • Must have drive and passion for real estate
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with owners and co-workers
  • Must have and maintain reliable transportation and insurance
  • A professional demeanor is a must

Compensation
$40,000 - $100,000 commission only
