We are a high-performance real estate team on the lookout for a full-time Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist. You’ll hunt, prepare, and close deals, and ensure each transaction is smooth and successful.

• Execute the transfer of lender funds for disbursement
• Work with the loan processor and loan officer or funder from origination to close to ensure loan closing
• Confirm loan compliance with all state and federal regulations and policies, as well as investor/mortgage lending product and program guidelines
• Compile data and put into loan closing documents in a timely manner
• Review all closing conditions are satisfied and executed according to closing instructions

• A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills are essential
• 2+ years of experience of previous real estate mortgage loan processing, lending, or closing experience is preferred, experience with banking, credit unions, or financial services funding is suitable
• Advanced time management, organization, and analysis skills are needed
• GED or high school diploma is required, Bachelor's degree preferred
• Knowledge of mortgage industry regulations from origination to post-closing; as well as an understanding of loan products such as Conventional, FHA, USDA, and VA are desired
