We are a high-performance real estate team on the lookout for a full-time Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist. You’ll hunt, prepare, and close deals, and ensure each transaction is smooth and successful.

- Compile data and put into loan closing documents in a timely manner
- Follow closing instructions, and verify that all closing conditions have been satisfactorily met
- Satisfy any post closing issues quickly
- Collaborate with loan processor and loan officer or funder from origination to close to ensure loan closing
- Affirm loan compliance with all investor product and program guidelines and policies, as well as state and federal regulations
- A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
- Two years of real estate mortgage processing, lending, or closing experience preferred, years of experience with banking, credit unions, or financial services funding also accepted
- Bachelor's degree preferred, high school diploma or GED required
- Superior written and verbal communications skills are required
- Must have MS Office experience, lending or title software, NMLS experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with loan products such as Conventional, FHA, USDA, and VA; as well as knowledge of mortgage industry regulations from origination to post-closing is needed
