Responsible for all banquet activities and functions (including set up, execution, and breakdown). Responsible for expediting all aspects of service while meeting the financial goals of the Food and Beverage Department. Ensuring the highest quality of service for members and guests. Leads, trains, and supervises all banquet staff. Has a thorough understanding of banqueting and service and general food & beverage. Manage all costs in relation to the banqueting operation. Expected to be an active participant in member dining, member events, and the overall food and beverage business.
