We are looking for a talented Web Developer to join our Marketing team!

The Web Developer is responsible for designing and developing emails and digital content that fosters engagement, retains users and drives lead generation. This is an ideal position for candidates that are detailed-oriented, dependable, creative, flexible and collaborative. This individual will collaborate with the digital marketing team on design direction while also providing creative design solutions, graphic production, and front-end development (HTML, CSS). The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of responsive web design, and a solid understanding of working with Wordpress templates, while adhering to brand standards of the company. The Web Developer must also have strong SEO skills, Adobe suite, and be willing to learn new platforms.

• Collaborate with digital marketing team to create design solutions based on a keen understanding of customer and company needs, design best practices, and technology constraints.
• Create HTML emails, web graphics, icons, and layouts for use in customer-facing digital marketing pieces.
• Ability to collaborate with internal team and cross-departmental stakeholders to provide accurate deliverables
• Ability to design web banners, gifs, mobile application graphics, landing pages and pop-ups
• Understanding and familiarity of video editing programs
• Can work independently while maintaining clear and frequent communication
• Ability to translate HTML campaigns into accompanying print pieces using Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
