We are seeking an individual who can plan and achieve prospecting and sales targets while providing a first-class experience to all clients that enhances the company brand. We need someone who can possibly manage a team while understanding the needs of their client.


  • Prospect for and engage with clients to build and manage a pipeline of future clients with yourself and your team
  • Follow scripts and plan to achieve productivity, appointment setting, and revenue targets for your team
  • Outbound calling, e-mail communication, and coordination with your team. Help them to schedule appointments 
  • Accurately qualify potential customers and track metrics to ensure weekly goal attainment for team
  • Participate in regular training and education requirements to continuously improve skills for yourself and your team


  • Clear communication skills and able to lead and grow team
  • Passionate: Intense enthusiasm towards interest or activity.
  • Life, Accident, and Health License required
  • Series 6 or 7 preferred or willingness to get license within first year of hire
  • Experience in the Financial Industry
