We are searching for an innovative and pragmatic Vice President of Human Resources to lead our HR team. In this role, you will work alongside executives and staff to analyze and improve existing HR policies and procedures, ensure strategies align with objectives, and secure and retain excellent talent. We are a fast-growing company with team members worldwide, and we are looking for someone who can pave the way with the company’s goals and culture in mind. Ultimately, you will secure our long-term growth by leading all training, talent acquisition, and career development activities.


  • Analyzing and evaluating existing strategies, policies, and procedures, and reforming them with the help of executives and staff
  • Craft talent acquisition strategies to build strong pipelines for future hiring needs
  • Clearly communicate HR efforts and goals to the company workforce
  • Oversee the digitization and automation of company infrastructure and employee practices 
  • Evaluate and provide overall leadership and guidance to the HR function by overseeing talent acquisition, career development, compensation, succession planning, retention, employee engagement, training, leadership development, compensation, and benefits globally
  • Brainstorm and implement incentives that increase staff morale and productivity
  • Contribute to a healthy corporate culture that supports growth and equal opportunity 
  • Formulate career development plans
  • Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of our HR procedures and tools
  • Develop HR plans and strategies to support the achievement of the overall business
  • Develop, interpret and implement policies and procedures to further the company's goals with a data-driven mindset
  • Work closely with the leadership team to continuously evolve our employee experience by optimizing internal events, onboarding, communication, feedback mechanisms, and employee interactions


  • BSc/MSc in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or relevant field
  • 5+ years of experience in human resources as a people leader working directly with other departmental VPs
  • Experience in strategic planning
  • In-depth knowledge of all HR functions
  • Hands-on experience with HR software (HRIS, ATS, LMS)
  • Good understanding of labor legislation
  • Excellent leadership abilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders to identify and resolve people-related issues
  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to navigate and discuss sensitive or challenging topics
