We’re looking for a talented individual that has excelled in prior business development roles to help us build the LA market for Pre-Settlement and Litigation Financing! Our company has been quickly embraced by the Los Angeles market as our services are not seen in the region. We have spent a considerable amount of time, dissecting the market so we can grow quickly. You’ll help us generate leads by prospecting potential clients (personal injury law firms) through numerous relationship-building methods and add qualified leads to the sales funnel.

The role will extend to managing relationships that you cultivate. You will work closely with law firms so they use our services and are informed on how we will be an asset to their law firm and clientele.

Responsibilities

  • Work designated territory and calling on law firms
  • To create brand loyalty with law firms by defining our companies unique services to their business
  • To manage accounts already utilizing our services
  • To build new relationships not using our services
  • Grow our company to new levels
  • Seek new accounts through strategic targeting of strong prospects
  • Attend after-work networking events to build brand awareness in the market and meet new prospects
  • Attend legal seminars by exhibiting our services

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership
  • Be able to communicate effectively with law firms why they should use our services
  • Able to think on your feet
  • Comfortable selling multiple services at once
  • Can handle rejection and objection well
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Like working evening networking events
  • Can easily engage people you have never met
  • Knows how to drive sales
  • Can manage a large territory using Salesforce
  • Knows how to find the decision-makers
  • Wants to build a team and oversee the territory

Compensation
$50,000 - $70,000+ at comp plan
