• Real Estate videography and photography
• Video shooting
• Audio mixing
• Storyboarding
• Final cut pro
• Adobe suite
• Capture studio-quality photographs and video
• Review shooting script and be able to create a set
• Trim Footage segments and put together the sequence of the film
• Input music dialogues, graphics and effects
• Create rough and final cuts
• Ensure logical sequence and final cuts
• Edit video clips for use on social media platforms
• Create short videos to highlight, recap and promote companies’ packages
• Optimize videos content for social media platforms
• Work autonomously and develop high-quality concepts with minimal instruction
• Works with media teammates
• Collaborates with marketing team
• Other duties as assigned

• 1+ years’ professional experience in a production environment
• Must have strong problem-solving skills, Exceptional multi-tasking skills and be detail-oriented
• Must be able to work independently and as a part of a team
• Must have weekend availability for meetings
• Creative thinker
• Solid written and verbal communication
