Responsibilities
- Use Adobe Products (specifically InDesign and Illustrator, and Premier) to complete marketing projects
- Maintain our social media platforms in the form of content creation and scheduled posting
- Develop branded marketing materials, such as social posts and printed materials, that are professional and well-written
- Play a key role on the marketing team in advising on and contributing to digital, advertising, and marketing strategies
- Work on a team and communicate effectively with the marketing team, company staff, and real estate agents
- Record videos with real estate agents
- Multitask and work on a variety of projects at once, switching between them as necessary
- Speak in front of groups and one-on-one with clients
- Learn additional processes, programs, and software as needed
- Prioritize projects and maintain the status of all current projects
- Travel locally when needed to complete projects
Qualifications
- Familiarity with web platforms, email systems, social media, public relations, and brand identity
- Must exhibit a strong understanding of the latest marketing trends
- Must possess excellent project management skills, communication skills, and a strong work ethic
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related majors, or have relative experience
- Knowledge and experience of Adobe Products (specifically InDesign and Illustrator, Premiere preferred)
- Familiarity and high comfort level with recording videos with real estate agents
- Ability to work on a team and communicate efficiently
- Possess a drive to succeed in Marketing and Design
- Ability to multitask and work on a variety of projects at once, switching between them as necessary
- Comfortable speaking in front of groups and one-on-one with clients
- Willingness to learn skillsets not currently possessed
- Able to prioritize projects and communicate the status of projects
- Comfortable with traveling locally when needed to complete projects
Compensation
$20 Hourly
