Marble Key Realty LLC is looking to hire a full-time videographer. We are looking for someone with drive and motivation who can help us capture all of the amazing things we do in our business. You must be obsessive and self-motivated. We have a lot of ideas and will need someone who is not only great at capturing content, but also editing it on a quick turn around. We need someone who instinctively does more than we ask.

We expect you to have your own style and expertise right from the beginning. This is not a job you'll be trained on. We need someone who can operate at high level right out of the box.

In return we will give you all of the tools and resources you need to continue to grow in this industry. You will be allowed creative freedom to do it "your way", as long as it fits the quality control standards we have in place.

What's in it for you?

• Base salary of $35,000 per year, with the potential for $40000 if you hit your goals each month

Some of the job responsibilities will include

• Conducting client testimonials and interviewing them
• Shooting agents out in the field working with clients
• In-office Agent interviews
• Shooting and editing Youtube and Social Media content designed around promoting the area
• Capturing B-roll needed for our videos
• Shooting video of listings we put on the market
• Posting on social media

The qualifications for the job include

• Must have your own camera equipment set up
• Must be able to build a studio (including lighting, sound dampening, sound capturing, ect)
• Must be able to demonstrate the ability to edit and turn videos around quickly
• Must have a reliable, working vehicle
• Must be obsessed with the industry and value quality over everything
• Graphic design skills is a plus, but not required
