Part-Time Videographer to capture B-Roll Footage of Rhode Island
Busy real estate office seeks a part-time videographer to capture scenes in beautiful Rhode Island to support digital outreach for our office. You must have a car, and a camera, be organized and be willing to work as part of a team. Good opportunity for an entry-level person seeking to build a portfolio. An editor will use footage and other material to create final videos, we just seek a reliable person to travel the state and help us capture B-roll. Is there a better summer job? No. We need someone 10 hours per week for $12-$15 an hour plus mileage reimbursement.

- Be able to use a transcript in order to capture on-site scenes: typically 5-20 seconds. Example: Main Street East Greenwich, short clips of the various restaurants and shops that capture the experience of the area
- Be able to deliver footage for two different areas once a week. We will determine the due date and you will submit the files. The files must be organized and labeled such that the video editor will be able to easily decipher what to use. Example: downtown East Greenwich Main St coffee; Hill and Harbor Homes; East Greenwich marina
- No previous experience necessary
- Must have the appropriate gear. Suitable options: iphone 11 or higher quality with gimbal stabilizer (it is possible for us to provide the gimbal); or GoPro Hero 7, 8, or 9; DSLR camera with stabilizer. High production and past experience are not necessary
- Must have an eye for being able to capture footage that is going to be useful. Video content will be to highlight what it's like to live in a certain area and this footage will be used to support that content
- Must have reliable transportation!
- Ability to follow directions
