• Actively participate in video strategy, video content pipeline generation and video production
• Collaborate across the organization to understand needs, objectives and effectively scope projects
• Concept, plan, direct, produce, and edit videos
• Drive the development of each project from pre-production budgeting, stakeholder expectations, content writing, storyboarding, and handoff to design
• Think broadly and creatively to distill complex product messaging and pain points to engrossing and captivating stories
• Capture moving video, audio and various lighting scenarios
• Operate a mirrorless camera, on-board and radio lav mics, electronic gimbals and drones
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management

• One to three years related experience.
• Experience shooting Real Estate a plus
• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels.
• Commitment to excellence and high standards.
• Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees.
