Do you love real estate and have a passion for creating authentic, creative videos? We are a luxury real estate team that is looking to bring in a videographer to supercharge our brand, grow our listing video, support our agents, and work with our social media channels to increase engagement. You must be able to take our strong brand image and create videos that are high quality but yet will get views and engagement on social media channels. We are looking for a Videographer that has the talent to create authentic and dynamic videos and can grow with us. Real estate photography skills a plus.

We are looking for you to commit to 20-30 consistent hours a week with a long-term growth strategy.

• Shoot and edit video content throughout the month including luxury home listings, agent spotlight videos, and town highlights.
• Shoot drone video as needed
• Some will be planned but others may be spontaneous and whimsical to create content for reels
• Help build a local presence and understand our local market
• Build a weekly podcast
• Convert to audio files and help create podcasts
• Manage social media channels and increase engagement
• Follow our social media calendar and work as a team with our marketing department

• Social Media Knowledge and understanding of how to create compelling content
• Desire to learn and grow with us

• Must live in the North Shore.
