Compensation and Benefits
We provide weekly paychecks with the opportunity to earn monthly & annual bonuses. Our benefits for full-time employees start in 31 days or less. - Conduct face-to-face presentations in our state-of-the-art sales centers located at one of our award-winning resorts
- Establish commonality and build rapport with prospective and/or current owners
- Articulate the benefit of traveling with Wyndham Destinations
- Generate sales through initializing transactions and utilizing proper closing techniques
- Attend ongoing, advanced sales and career training
- Minimum of 1-year sales experience required
- Must have or be willing to obtain CA real estate license (we can explain this to you)
- Weekends are required, both Saturday and Sunday (days off are during the week)
