The Vacation Rental Housekeeping Inspector is a team member of our Quality Control Team. He/she will utilize a company vehicle to visit the vacation rental homes to inspect the housekeeping vendor to ensure units are in great condition. Attention to detail is critical to prepare the home for arriving guests. The inspector will use our Property Management Software (Streamline) to review the home to ensure the cleaning vendor cleaned properly and to inspect for any damaged or missing items. The Housekeeping Inspector will create any necessary work orders for our team to follow up. The Housekeeping Inspector will also add items to the home that are missing and/or worn. These items include kitchen inventory, linens, game room supplies, etc. for the comfort of our guests.
