VETERANS BENEFITS ATTORNEY
Jackson-MacNichol fights for benefits for American veterans. Compensation is $62,000 (a higher salary possible for those with significant relevant experience)
Current accreditation with the VA is preferred. A J.D. and having sat for the bar are required to be hired. Social Security Law or Veterans Disability Law experience a plus. Any further requirements (e.g., admission to practice before the Court of Veterans Appeals) can be achieved later while you work with us. You must possess strong legal research and writings skills and you must work well in a team environment.
