Our expanding law firm is looking for an experienced estate planning attorney. We require a highly analytical applicant with excellent people skills and organizational abilities who is available to work part-time. You will prepare documents such as wills, trusts, special needs trusts, and powers of attorney as our estate planning attorney. This role carries a great deal of responsibility and seeks to eliminate questions regarding how an estate should be managed. Our ideal candidate will have extensive estate planning knowledge, be a qualified attorney, and have excellent written and spoken communication abilities. Please apply if this describes you!

Compensation: $45 - $55 hourly for part-time work

  • Assist clients effectively by understanding their needs, analyzing the situation, then strategizing and deciding on a proper course of action
  • Educate clients about options for retirement, donating to charity, and purchasing insurance
  • Prepare wills, trusts, and power of attorney documents
  • Organize and maintain client files to ensure they are kept current
  • Communicate with clients about plans for dispersing their assets

  • Experience at a law firm working on estate planning and probate for at least six years is required.
  • Highly proficient in creating wills, trusts, special needs trusts, and knowledge of insurance, property management, and real estate law as related to estate planning.

$45 - $55 hourly
