Our law group is growing and we are seeking a trust and estate planning attorney who will zealously represent our clients. You'll handle the administration of probate cases and drafting of estate planning documents, including wills, living wills, and power of attorneys as well as the preparation of estate tax returns. - Attend court proceedings as needed to represent clients
- Maintain client files to ensure they are properly organized and up to date
- Advocate on behalf of clients by understanding their needs, effectively analyzing the situation, and forming a strategy for a plan of action
- Work closely with paralegals and senior partners to ensure swift action through the civil litigation process
- Handle the preparation, review, and filing of trust and estate planning documents as needed
- At least eight years of experience drafting estate planning documents and administering estates in Pennsylvania and New Jersey
- Ability to draft basic and intermediate estate planning documents
- Ability to administer probate estates in Pennsylvania and New Jersey
- Ability to prepare accountings
- Ability to prepare estate tax returns
- Demonstrated client relationship skills
- Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey
