We are searching for a highly analytical applicant capable of working full-time and possessing strong negotiation and organizational abilities to join our growing firm as an estate planning attorney. You will create wills, trusts, and powers of attorney for clients and their families and educate them on insurance and powers of attorney matters. To help create and implement effective estate plans, our employees must have a high degree of how the plans work and are used by the clients in their daily lives.

• Advocate on behalf of clients by understanding their needs, effectively analyzing the situation, and forming a strategy for a plan of action
• Draft and file wills, trusts, and powers of attorney
• Provide clients with information about retirement plans, charitable contributions, and insurance choices
• Attend court proceedings as needed to represent clients
• Consult clients about your plans for distributing their assets

• Experience at a legal firm working on estate planning and probate law issues for at least 1-2 years is required
• Undergraduate degree with a legal background and Juris Doctor degree required
• Wide range of knowledge regarding real estate-related topics such as title insurance, wills and trusts, property management, and litigation
• Excellent communication skills, especially in highly stressful and emotional situations
