• Operate various tools like wrenches, hammers, screwdrivers, drills, and other maintenance equipment
• Follow all engineering safety rules and regulations
• Collaborate with other personnel who will help you with maintenance tasks
• Respond to emergencies that occur outside of regular working hours
• Create an available channel of communication between you and other staff, including managers and department heads

• Travel to different homes across the Atlanta surrounding areas to perform maintenance and repair tasks on various work orders.
• Conduct routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on a wide range of systems, including but not limited to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, utilizing your expertise and problem-solving skills.
• Perform repairs and replace defective parts as needed, following manufacturer's guidelines and safety protocols.
• Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed, including parts used, labor hours, and equipment condition.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure smooth coordination of maintenance tasks and timely completion of projects.
• Follow all safety regulations and protocols, use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), and maintain a safe work environment.

• Valid driver’s license and good driving record required
• Experience with facilities management software is preferred
• This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent GED
• You will need 2-4 years of experience in a maintenance role
• This position requires occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.

• Own truck/vehicle preferred
