At HWLCC, you will be responsible for conducting diagnostic assessments, making customized treatment plans with goals and objectives, and providing ongoing psychotherapy focused on trauma treatment. The ideal candidate will have experience providing psychotherapy, advanced training in trauma, and be independently licensed in the state of Ohio. • Document patient treatment through the electronic medical records system
• Provide ongoing psychotherapy to adults
• Develop treatment plans that outline the patient's treatment goals and objectives
• Demonstrate good ethical judgment

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, or marriage and family therapy
• Licensed independently in the state of Ohio is required (LPCC, IMFT, LISW)
• Experience providing psychotherapy to adults via telehealth
• Training in one of the following areas: Trauma-Focused CBT, EMDR, or Brainspotting

Healing Without Limits Counseling and Consulting (HWLCC) is a virtual private practice that provides counseling and consulting services in the state of Ohio, with the primary location in Columbus. HWLCC is focused on providing high-quality counseling services to the communities in the state of Ohio and providing consulting services to enhance the mental health system, and develop mental health programs for non-orthodox spaces such as workplaces. HWLCC is centered around providing a supportive environment for therapists to grow and evolve in their careers. HWLCC is a unique private practice because it hires licensed therapists to provide psychotherapy but there is also an opportunity to provide consulting services, if interested.
