Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry of real estate activities into data management platforms, which includes entering transaction data and attaching documents. Maintain and monitor data files. Produce reports (85-90%)
  • Monitor and maintain office equipment and supplies, including replacement of toner and refilling paper supply. Backup front desk during lunch, breaks, and time off which includes operating multiple-call telephone console and greeting visitors to the office.(5-10%)
  • Serve as back-up to other office staff. Perform any additional responsibilities as requested or assigned.(0-5%)

Qualifications

Education Experience:

  • Associate degree in business or related field preferred; or equivalent work experience.A great starter position for recent college graduates

Other:

  • Notary License helpful

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • A genuine desire to provide excellent customer service, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Team player with a positive attitude
  • Highly attentive to details; accurate and proficient keying ability; good math skills
  • Ability to handle stress and work under pressure, with a professional, courteous, and positive attitude
  • Excellent note taker; ability to learn new tasks quickly
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks and hit deadlines
  • Position requires excellent attendance, professional attire, and adhering to scheduled arrival time. Exceptional front desk proficiency with a positive, professional image
  • At times, may require flexibility in work schedule in order to meet deadlines and complete tasks

Compensation
$34,000 - $36,000 yearly
