As our Transaction Manager, you will manage all parts of the transaction from the time we have a signed agreement to closing. This position will work closing with all members of our team and directly with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Collecting and reviewing all documents throughout the real estate transaction
  • Direct and consistent communication with the client
  • Manage coordination between the client, team agents, lenders, title companies, inspections, and appraiser
  • Responsible for all dates and deadlines during the transaction
  • Scheduling inspections, appraisals, and closings
  • You will work directly with the client to coordinate, schedule, and manage all pre-listing maintenance, updates, and property improvements
  • Schedule and manage, contractors, vendors, inspectors, and handymen
  • You will be responsible for all inspection object negotiations with the assistance of the assigned agent 

Other Responsibilities:

  • You will work directly with the Owner and Team Lead to manage and coordinate other systems and projects needed for a smooth and efficient office environment
  • Research, schedule, and manage team and client events
  • You will be the go-to person for the team lead and the #1 problem solver for the office

Qualifications

  • 3 + years in a real estate Transaction Management role
  • 2 + years in a Management role
  • Hold a current Colorado real estate license
  • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • You must be tech-savvy and have the ability to navigate between multiple systems
  • You are smart, self-motivated, organized, detail and process-oriented
  • You are a clear and direct communicator
  • A self - starter with a strong sense of urgency
  • You must have strong time management skills
  • Comprehensive understanding of the real estate transaction process
  • Superior understanding of Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides
  • You learn quickly and are excited to take on challenging new projects

  • You exceed expectations and hold yourself accountable to a higher standard of excellence

Compensation
$60,000 to $70,000
