We are looking for an organized, proactive, EXTREMELY detail-oriented, and learning-based leader. You will manage all of our real estate transactions from listing taken to pending to closing. This position oversees transactions for a top-producing business as a project manager. This position is for Christina & Company with Keller Williams Realty Boise located in Boise, ID.

This position will be an integral part of the operations team and will report to the Director of Operations. The position operates during regular business hours but may need period availability during evenings and on weekends.

Compensation:

  • Salary Range is: $48,000 - $50,000 depending on experience
  • Bonus potential that will earn up to $100,000 for first-year earnings
  • Health insurance available
  • $50 toward a gym membership, after 3 months
  • 2 weeks PTO

Responsibilities

Transaction Management Responsibilities:

  • Manage the preparation of Buyer Appointments & Listing Consultations
  • Manage preparation to list homes on the market via the Pre-listing Checklist
  • Proactively communicate with clients, vendor partners, agents & team
  • Manage all Active Listing communication and client updates
  • Manage all aspects of the Real Estate contract from Purchase & Sale Agreement to the transaction closing
  • Secure client/collaborator reviews and referrals

Leadership Responsibilities:

  • Manage your direct report, Virtual Transaction Coordinator. Find ways to improve the team’s systems.
  • Work with the Director of Operations (DOO) to maintain the manual on “How to be a Transaction Manager”. This may lead to future leadership opportunities.
  • Maintain communications with; CEO, DOO, Virtual team, Agent(s), Transaction Coordinator(s), Runner, Clients
  • (Eventually) Hiring, training, and holding team members accountable

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree preferred
  • Show up as a leader, with broad oversight, moving beyond singular tasks
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and implement effective operations
  • Ability to learn new as well as teach others cloud-based software programs including CRM systems, project management systems, Google Workspace, Google Drive, etc. 
  • Excellent follow-through skills
  • Ability to handle strong personalities and openness to constructive criticism
  • Strong sense of self-awareness and belief in their competence and skills
  • Always curious and willing to help both team members and clients

Compensation
$80,000 - $100,000 (Expected First Year Earnings)
