Coldwell Banker Professional Group is seeking a proven Transaction Coordinator who can effectively assist our valued home sellers and buyers from contract to close. You will oversee the transactions of our elite team of real estate professionals from start to finish while ensuring the ultimate degree of client care is provided. The ideal candidate has excellent communications skills, thrives in a team environment, and loves providing an important service to our Agents and clients alike. Must be tech-savvy, systems-oriented, a professional at prioritizing, and extremely task-driven. This is a full-time, fast-paced position, so please do not apply if you're looking to contract your services or work part-time. Familiarity with the Oregon contracts and a valid real estate license are required. Previous experience in transaction management, transaction coordination, real estate, titles, or mortgages highly valued. Competitive compensation includes base salary and paid time off (PTO)

Responsibilities

  • Acting as a liaison between real estate agents, clients, title companies, and mortgage brokers during the process of a real estate sale and effectively managing the administrative tasks involved in closing a sale
  • Review documents for completeness and submit to agent's brokerage for compliance approval
  • Document process workflow, internal approval guidelines, and general policy
  • Create timelines and follow-up with individuals as needed to ensure all deadlines are met and contingencies are released
  • Maintain accurate and compliant files for all transactions
  • Compile other information needed for clients, Broker and agents
  • Other administrative duties as needed

Qualifications

  • MUST HAVE A VALID OREGON REAL ESTATE LICENSE
  • Significant experience in real estate administration and transaction management
  • Achieves goals consistently and efficiently- work thoroughly with a continuous workload, and provide high-quality results time and time again
  • Confidence in delegating responsibilities and growing the TC Team
  • Tech-savviness and willingness to learn new systems
  • Previous experience using multiple formats
  • Strong communications skills and attention to detail
  • Someone who’s energized by managing a high volume of transactions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • A positive “people-person” who brings out the best in others

Compensation
$40,000 - $55,000 yearly
