Provide excellent customer service and build a raving fan base both internally and externally. Responsible for the processing of contracts through closing. Assures that all post-closing disbursements, filing and procedures take place. Communicates with customers, clients, other agents, and service providers throughout the closing process. Responsible for keeping the entire team updated on the progress of any contracts and advises team members when they need to become involved in negotiations or problem resolution. Maintains all vendor and service provider files. Responsible for effective communication with clients to ensure that fiduciary service is delivered from contract to close.  

  • Highly skilled at keeping track and extreme organization of many files at once. 
  • Manage the transaction process and all documentation from contract signing to close (Buyer and Seller)
  • Communicate effectively with client, agent and all service providers throughout escrow to ensure the customer is clear on current and next steps
  • Maintain organization of files and folders
  • Assist with scheduling and attending appraisals
  • Able to handle 40-50 transactions at any one time

  • Must have 2+ years experience working on TC files or have 2+ years as an agent and have completed 20 or more files on your own. 
  • Real estate license is required. 
  • Must have ability to communicate effectively with clients and all parties involved in person, over the phone, and in writing. 
  • Must have ability to problem solve and make decisions. 
  • Must have ability to reduce stress and bring peace and calming to the transaction.
