Responsibilities

This is a part-time position, paid per transaction, with an opportunity for growth and advancement for the right candidate.

  • Manage transactions from contract to close using our back office support software
  • Coordinate tasks with the listing and buyer's agents
  • Oversee all deadlines and schedule subcontractors
  • Track paperwork for signatures and compliance
Qualifications
  • Technologically savvy, able to learn new programs quickly and able to troubleshoot common issues (this is a must)
  • Flexible in daily routine; ability to prioritize and manage shifting responsibilities
  • Ability to assess, prioritize and act quickly
  • Open to new ideas and systems
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; can empathize and build relationships with a variety of personalities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

The ideal candidate will have experience in administration in real estate, leasing, or mortgage. Experience in another state is acceptable. Having a natural ability to organize and prioritize daily tasks with minimal direction is critical in this position. This position has the potential to evolve into a remote position if desired, excellent communication and client service skills are a must.

Compensation
$250 per transaction
