We are seeking an in-bound Lead Management and Transaction Coordinator. You will complete administrative tasks - such as data entry, interacting with the Title company and ensuring the entire escrow process is completed on time.

- You will be tasked with keeping our databases and Customer Relation Management system organized.
- You will be coordinating other team members and managing their calendars/setting appointments.
- Answer all incoming calls live.
- Must be Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Must be willing to work from home and also an office environment.
- Able to speak well on the phone and build rapport with people over the phone.
- You must be used to working on a computer and with technology.
- Must have high speed internet access.
- Ability to multi-task (Must be able to answer the phone and talk with customer while looking things up on the computer that will help you gather information about the house.
- Reliable - Need to be able to consistently show up to work.
- Tech savvy - Need to know how to use a smartphone, google chrome, and learn how to use web based applications (but it's basically point and click.)
- Typing skills - Must be able to type notes while on the phone with prospects.
- Positive attitude - People who will excel in this position are coachable and are willing to grow!
$15 - $20/hour (depending on experience)
