Top local real estate office is looking for a Transaction Coordinator to manage contracts throughout the entire home selling and buying process.

The ideal candidate has proven exceptional customer service skills. Prior experience in real estate is preferred but we can train the right person.

  • Ensure that the offer and counteroffers from the buyer are approved by the seller to create a smooth real estate sales process for our clients
  • Schedule inspections, assist in negotiations regarding repairs, and coordinate completion of repairs
  • Assist both parties of buyers and sellers to close the contract quickly
  • Confirm that all documentation has the appropriate signatures and dates so the home sale process is completed as smoothly and as quickly as possible
  • Coordinate communication with agents, customers, and other parties regarding all escrow-related paperwork including appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans

  • Assists in the entire real estate transaction process, including processing sales and keeping appropriate transaction documentation
  • Send all disclosures in a timely fashion
  • Confirm that all documentation has the appropriate signature and dates
  • Monitor the contingency period
  • Provides commission coordination and statements on real estate transactions
  • Work with agents to acquire missing documents
  • Ensure all proper documentation is account for and entered into the closing system
  • Efficiently completes all assigned office duties
  • Act as a liaison between agents to acquire disclosures
  • Work closely with escrow and the agents to retrieve any and all documents needed to close the files
  • Maintains and follow up with all escrow related paperwork
  • Other duties as assigned

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Must possess excellent written and verbal skills
  • Real estate license preferred
  • Develops strong rapport with both clients and team
  • Experience in real estate, transaction coordination, titles, or mortgages highly valued
$15 - $17 per hour
